Costa Banderas Real Estate

Costa Banderas encompasses a large part of the shoreline of the north shore of Banderas Bay, stretching from La Cruz de Huanacaxtle to Punta de Mita. In between are mega developments such as Nauhi, Bolongo, and of course, Costa Banderas. Nauhi began development around 2007 and ran into financial difficulties and currently development is on hold.

Costa Banderas real estate opportunities are primarily high-end beachfront homes and condominiums. This is the longest and largest parcel of land inside and alongside the bay that is still relatively undeveloped, although there certainly are plans to do so. This will most certainly provide much of future development in Banderas Bay. Within Costa Banderas there are a number of sub-developments, the largest being Bolongo, which offers luxurious oceanfront homes and condominiums, and is situated no far from Punta de Mita.
