A world away from Puerto Vallarta ,yet just a 15 minute drive to the Romantic Zone, this home is located in a really small community of homes bordered by the jungle on one side and a river on the other between Paso Ancho and Canopy tours. The home features a nicely sized front yard with a dipping pool, two levels of living space (each with its own separate entrance - great for guests or perhaps as a rental). Each floor is essentially 1 bed / 1 bath, but without walls surrounding the bedrooms, giving each a wonderful open flooprlan feel. The home is really very charming and filled with fun, bright colors. It’s a really lovely property. If you’re looking for a home that is walking distance to lots of stores and bars, this won’t likely be a match… but if you’re looking for a home tucked away in the countryside with nature all around and still a short drive to the Romantic Zone, this just might be your peaceful paradise.

The east side of Central Vallarta follows the river Cuale up the valley and consists primarily of the hillside behind Puerto Vallarta, known as La Pechuga and also few popular neighborhoods such as El Remance and Las Canoas.
