On May 26th, Villa La Estancia was the proud host to 10 of the top brokers in the Banderas Bay area. They enjoyed a very special breakfast in their 4 diamond restaurant, La Casona, with an exquisite buffet prepared exclusively for friends and colleagues.
During breakfast, Nilo Lucas, Sales director for Villa La Estancia, gave a quick general introduction to Villa La Estancia followed by a question and answer session led by Cristina de la Rosa, Senior Sales Associate. The theme of the breakfast was "Villa La Estancia, an intelligent investment". Among the many topics covered where: income potential from the rental program; equity at time of resale; how to retire and live in half of the apartment while renting the other half as a luxury hotel suite (lock-off feature available in most villas); what is the difference between Fractional and Full ownership, and the 0% developer financing plan offered (no pre-approval or loan fees).
Also on the agenda was the advantages to Realtors who sell a property at Villa La Estancia. Nilo explained the policy for registering a broker/sales person's potential buyer stating that “we do all the selling and the broker gets a full commission”, and introduced a specially priced nightly rental rate policy for a luxury villa that brokers and sales associates can offer their overseas clients to stay at the complex while they search for real estate property in the Bay area.
