MLSVallarta.com (and MLSNayarit.com) now feature a new section called Quick Search to make it easier for you, and your clients and prospects, to find out what is available for sale in Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit. Go to MLSVallarta.com and click on Quick Search, under Search, in the site's main navigation. When the page opens, you get a quick look of the properties that been added recently to Multi-List Vallarta. To the right you have the search controls. Just select the criteria, and click Search!
At the top of your results you have sorting controls, you can sort your results by name and price, and you can also choose how many properties you’d like to see per page.
Another interesting feature is "Popular Searches", we've added a list of what we think are common searches like "Beachfront Condos under $200,000 USD" or interesting ones like "Luxury Condos priced over $2,000,000 USD", so the user can skip the search controls and just select a category from the drop down menu.
For details, just click over the property's photo, which will open a page with all the information you need about that specific property, including an image gallery, nearby community information, location and most importantly, contact information. This pages are now separated from the search interface and can now be emailed to your clients or friends, or even shared through social media, simply by coping and pasting the link.
