Villa Leonarda de La Sierra

Villa Leonarda de la Sierra has been inspired by the oldest standing home in the rio Cuale section of gringo Gulch in Puerto Vallarta, from back in the days where a sleeping fishermen’s village encountered a community of artistes from all over the world that have ever since gathered here to reconnect with the joy of life.

In the heart of the most vibrant area of the mexican pacific region, we found the perfect spot to start a community guided by the local way of living, which combines abundance with simplicity, nature with art, and architects with the dreamed landscape and artisans to develop a unique revival of ancient traditions.

This villa has a footprint of 232 M2 (2,496 Ft2) and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fire place, tile roofs, custom designed paste floors, abundant rock and woods using the traditional construction techniques from the sierra used for centuries.

Cajon de Peñas is the largest fresh water reservoir in the state of Jalisco, situated at the heart of Costalegre just 60 miles south of Puerto Vallarta, on the recently improved highway #200 to Careyes.
