Respected local realtor Catherine Martin de Perniaux recently established her own agency, Pacific Boutique Properties, focusing on the luxury real estate market.

Catherine has clocked almost 10 years in real estate on the Bay of Banderas, training with Coldwell Banker, then moving to the North Shore as a founding member of the La Punta Realty team. She gained valuable experience in the luxury segment during a highly exciting time of development on the Costa Banderas and Punta de Mita coastline , also working on the sales of large parcels of land and their subsequent development and retail offerings.
She is building her new team and office in La Cruz (Calle Delfin #1 where it meets the highway to Punta de Mita).

The small office is  managed by Rosalinda Cipriani and joined by real estate advisors Victoria Pratt (former Grupo Real del Mar sales associate and Mexico Boutique Hotels PR director), Karen Collignon (known for her contribution to PR and marketing with Punta Mita Properties as well as many design projects for Pacific coastal estates) and Rick Bolduc (well-known Punta de Mita resident and Vail real estate veteran). Catherine is also a member of Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate, one of only a few agencies on the Bay of Banderas to do so, as well as recently appearing in Robb Report and Distinctive Homes.
