The broad variety of options for real estate investment available in and around Puerto Vallarta can be rather overwhelming. However, thanks to some easy-to-use online searching tools, you can begin narrowing your options from the comfort of your own home.

There are three websites that stand out with regard to information about Vallarta, Riviera Nayarit and real estate available within these regions. One of these is MLSVallarta.com, a site that focuses on “resale” properties that are available in and around Costa Vallarta, usually with the local real estate agencies.

The second site is VallartaRealEstateGuide.com, which focuses on “new” or “presale” properties with local real estate developers. The third, VirtualVallarta.com, is a general interest site about Costa Vallarta, which also has substantial information about real estate in and around Vallarta. Any one of these sites alone offers more information about Vallarta/Riviera Nayarit than you will find anywhere else. But be sure to check out all three!

This is one site with two names – both will take you to a website that provides you with more information about real estate available in this region than you find anywhere else online. MLSVallarta.com features the MLS database of Multi-List Vallarta – a large MLS service created explicitly to promote resale properties in this region. You can search for properties here in two ways.

The first way to search is similar to MLS search engines that you are probably already familiar with. You put in the search criteria that you are interested in, and the database-driven interface will provide you with the appropriate results. This interface works best if you are familiar with the regions, their names and where they are located.

If you are not familiar with the area, the second way to search (and the most fun!) is using our Google Maps interface that allows you to visualize the location of the most important developments in the region. You will also find new and presale properties listed here, as we continue to merge both databases to give you just one place to search for the perfect home for you and your family.

La primera manera de buscar es similar a los motores de búsqueda de propiedades con los que seguramente ya estás familiarizado. Ingresas los criterios de búsqueda y la interface proporcionará los resultados. Esta interface funciona mejor si estás familiarizado con las regiones, sus nombres y donde están ubicadas.
