If it’s not already a trend, it certainly should be. I’m talking about ecologically-sound developments and environmentally-conscious projects in the Banderas Bay area. Now that’s not to automatically say that a development without that consciousness is anti-environment.

This summer I moved to a new area of the city, one that I didn’t really know prior to the move. The neighborhood was built in the fields of a swampy area some eight to 10 years ago, so the homes are larger than the small ones they seem to be building now for professionals.
