Luma Groundbreaking Celebration

Luma, the first American developed, full-ownership, active adult beachfront community in Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico, officially began construction with a groundbreaking ceremony and reception earlier this month. The event was held at the newly completed sales studio. Designed for those 50 and over, Luma offers a warm, inviting community in Mexico, which was recently ranked as the number-one place to retire by International Living Magazine.

With the celebration, Luma officially broke ground on Towers One and Two, and released both for sale. Luma’s first phase is set to open in spring 2009. When completed, Luma will showcase contemporary Mexican design by the Ernesto Del Castillo Marquez Architecture and offer over 400 residences, 264 of which will be beachfront. The blending of Luma’s setting, style and range of services, including a Lifestyle Concierge Program, promise “active adult living reimagined.” Pricing for Luma residences ranges from the $400,000s to $1.8 million. HOA fees will include a social membership at Paradise Village with discounts at the world-renowned golf course El Tigre. Construction on the model home is under way and expected to be completed in December. For more information about Luma contact Prudential California Realty at: 226-2690.
