El Encanto has sold out Phase One of its Condo La Vista condominiums and a second release is selling very well. As well, the three Villa El Mirador properties are ready for occupancy, featuring more than 4,000-square-feet of indoor and outdoor living space in a split-level configuration. Also “move in” ready is a Residencia La Marea home.
Currently under construction are three Residencia La Brisa homes and four Residencia La Marea properties. Featuring two story designs both residences have four bedroom floorplans and offer more than 7,000-square-feet of indoor/outdoor living space. In tandem with the resorts’ work on holes 3, 11 and 12 of the second Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf course, El Encanto broke ground on its Ocean Club. Plans call for construction to begin on a new Pool Pavilion later this summer at the gated enclave as well.
